Your clients or your employees need advice and counselling on their personal or family’s financial situation? Our counsellors would be delighted to help. OASIS Budget Counselling business services include the following two components:
Confidential services offered by appointment in person or by phone to all clients of Employee Assistance Services who need advice on their personal or family’s financial situation. Our counsellors will be able to:
- listen to clients without judging
- evaluate clients’ personal and family’s financial situation
- explore different options and solutions to allow clients to find peace of mind and take control of their financial situation
- initiate the clients to the budget planning and management tools that provide the best way to take control of their financial situation and to get out of financial hardship
- offer clients advice on good consumer habits to adopt in order to avoid the traps of overusing credit
Budget consultations last an hour. We will respond to the client or employee within 48 hours of receiving their request for counselling to set a time that best suits them. Contact Us for more information.
We offer workshops on the following subjects during the lunch hour or after work. They may be adapted to meet clients’ needs:
- How to make a complete personal financial profile
- Preventing financial hardship by planning and managing a sound budget
- Maximize your savings and plan ahead for your children: the different tools at you disposal (TFSA, RESP, etc.)
- Prevent debt and problems associated with the overuse of different forms of credit
